General Terms
Ticket Purchasing Terms
By buying tickets through Dream Hospitality Group (“DHG”), you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Buying a ticket means you accept these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, you cannot complete your purchase. DHG may update these terms at any time, and continued use means you accept the changes.
2. Privacy
Your payment and personal information are handled according to Dream Hospitality Group Privacy Policy.
3. Disputes & Arbitration
You agree to resolve most disputes through binding arbitration, not court or jury trial.
You must first try to resolve disputes informally with DHG.
Arbitration will take place in New York, under New York law, and class actions are not allowed.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these terms (written notice required).
Small claims cases and public injunctive relief are exceptions.
4. Use of Service & Age Requirements
Service is void where prohibited by law.
You must be 21+ for 21+ events and 18+ for all others.
You must follow all laws and venue rules.
5. Ticket Purchases
All prices, limits, and promotions are set by DHG.
Tickets may be canceled if linked to fraud, scalping, bots, or rule violations (refund = face value only).
Incorrect prices or early releases may result in cancellation and refund.
Fraudulent transactions may be refused.
6. Venue Warnings
Venues may include loud music, flashing lights, fog, and special effects. You attend at your own risk and assume responsibility for any injuries or health effects.
7. Check-In & ID Policy
Arrival required before 12:30 AM.
21+ only, valid original photo ID required (driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or passport).
8. Purchase Confirmation
If you don’t receive a confirmation email, it’s your responsibility to contact support. DHG is not liable for unconfirmed purchases.
9. Entry & Conduct
Tickets are a revocable license to attend.
DHG may deny entry or eject guests for disorderly conduct without refund.
Searches are required for entry. Prohibited items will be confiscated.
Event details may change.
10. Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Lost or unused tickets are not refundable.
Chargebacks may result in canceled tickets and banned future purchases.
11. Canceled or Postponed Events
Events may be rescheduled or refunded at DHG discretion. Travel or related costs are not reimbursed.
12. Recording & Media Release
No recording allowed. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use without compensation.
13. Ticket Resale & Commercial Use
Unauthorized resale or commercial use of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software belong to DHG. You may not copy or misuse them.
15. Your Responsibilities
You confirm all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
16. Indemnification
You agree to protect DHG from claims related to your actions, rule violations, or event conduct.
17. No Warranties
The service is provided “as is” with no guarantees.
18. Limitation of Liability
DHG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to ticket purchases or event attendance.
19. General
These terms are governed by New York law and represent the entire agreement between you and DHG.
Dress Code
Guests must adhere to the venue’s dress code. Upscale, stylish attire is required—no athletic wear, hats, sneakers, casual streetwear., sweats or flip flops. Entry may be denied at the door for non-compliance, with no refund.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy: Strictly No Refunds
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, personal reasons, date conflicts, and weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Your ticket purchase signifies agreement to this policy. We strongly advise reviewing event details thoroughly before purchasing. Disputes contradicting this policy will be contested.
Cancellation Policy
Credit/Voucher: In the event that you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets, we offer the option to receive a credit or voucher equivalent to the value of your purchase. This credit can be used towards tickets for future events organized by Dream Hospitality.
To request a credit, voucher, or ticket transfer, please contact our customer service team at least two days before the event. The credit or voucher will be valid for 120 days from the date of issue and can be used for any Dream Hospitality event within that period.
Please note that credits or vouchers can only be issued once per purchase and are non-transferable. They cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used in their entirety; no change or remaining balance will be carried over.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and we're committed to ensuring you have an exceptional experience with Dream Hospitality.
Age Restriction
Please note, guaranteed entry to our events is reserved exclusively for guests aged 21 and over. We kindly remind you that tickets purchased by individuals not meeting this age requirement are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a responsible and enjoyable experience for all our patrons. ID verification will be conducted at the entrance.
Mobile Terms of Service

The Dream Hospitality mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Dream Hospitality (“Dream Hospitality”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Dream Hospitality’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Dream Hospitality through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Dream Hospitality. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18665703829 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Dream Hospitality mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
